Due to rapid expansion, we have an exciting new opportunity for a **Care Manager** to join the management team at a innovative and passionate 100+ bed RAC in the Darling Downs region (QLD). Joining this group, you will be given opportunities to grow and progress your career that are unmatched by others.
This position would suit a Registered Nurse with excellent communication skills who is looking for a change from shift work A generous remuneration package with flexible working conditions is on offer.
**About You**:
- Current APRHA Registration
- Demonstrated knowledge of funding and accreditation/compliance
- Experience in managing a dedicated care team
- Case Management experience ideal
- Demonstrated skills in networking, liaison and the development and maintenance of strong links with relevant service providers and users
