About the HomeA modern care home built on two hectares of land, set in a quiet suburb of Glenvale, just 5kms west of the Toowoomba town centre.

It consists of 124 beds, a with various care units such as dementia, respite, and palliative. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.

About The RoleAs our Glenvale Care Manager, you will work as part of a team of empathetic and caring clinical professionals.

You will support the General Manager in managing and leading the delivery of person-centred care of residents, ensuring the highest standard of ongoing assessment, care planning and evaluation and clinical governance, helping them to live longer, healthier, and happier lives.
