Woodroffe Hotel is searching for a new "family member" to join our dynamic team We currently have a rare opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated receptionist to join us. This is a casual role that will require some weekend and Public Holiday work - it is a busy department

A front desk is responsible for offering excellent customer service, options, and other solutions to meet Guest and customer needs.

Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

- Handle elevated customer queries and complaints
- Respond to all customers in a highly professional manner
- Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless sales and operations process
- Be eager to try new things and acquire new skills
- Have communications skills both written & verbal
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- A positive personality and sense of humour

**Requirements**:
The successful applicant will have:

- Minimum 1 years’ experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Able to promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly and helpful to guests
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Be available 7 days a week on a rotating roster
