**Change Management and Training Lead**:
The Change Management and Training Lead role is responsible for planning, developing, delivering, and tracking change management and training activities including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, organisational readiness analysis, coaching, resistance management, and change reinforcement. The Change Management and Training Lead will work on specific projects that have definite outcomes and time limits. This role works with IT team members, project managers, business analysts, business leaders, consultants, vendor partners and end users during a project from initiation to closure.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Create a strategy to support adoption of the change management and training delivery techniques within the organisation.
- Develop change management and training plans for each project or change initiative that acknowledges the different aspects of the change process - analysis, plan, implementation, communicate and other associated change and training considerations.
- Create a documented training strategy, analysis of training needs, development of appropriate training materials, training delivery schedule and ongoing delivery of training
- Develop change management processes and tools to support the integration and engagement with change management principles.
- Work collaboratively with IT and the business to design and assist with the implementation and monitoring of the organisation’s Communication Strategy for change initiatives.
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications relevant to change initiatives.
- Prepare impact analyses and evaluation of the actual impact of changes, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics, and identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.
- Work collaboratively with the Projects Manager to integrate change management and training activities into project plans.
- 5+ years’ experience in a prior Change Management and Training lead role or similar, with relevant certifications (Prosci ADKAR Model is highly favourable)
- **MUST** have experience in Change Management and Training
- Tertiary qualifications highly favourable
- Experience in ERP projects highly favourable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Critical thinking skills - asking the right questions and getting to the root of the problem
- Developed problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to focus and prioritise workload
- Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a distributed team in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with initiative and a flexible approach
- Motivated to learn and approach situations with an open mind
- Familiar with different kinds of Change Management, Training and Project Management methodologies
- Strong computer skills with competency in general IT
