Procurement Specialist

**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our **Logistics Procurement team** as a **Procurement Specialist** located in **Braeside VIC.**

You will receive an attractive salary including 14% superannuation and a profit share plan (annual bonus). Hybrid working arrangements are on offer.

**What will you do**

Working with a friendly and inclusive team, as a key contact for external suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will:

- lead small to medium sourcing projects from contract amendments, extensions to direct negotiations and tenders
- proactively liaise with key stakeholders including Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment and support to achieve the best total cost solution for our business
- manage multiple projects across multiple business divisions simultaneously
- promote the procurement culture, processes and systems that assist in value delivery to our business including EBIT improvement and cost avoidance and reducing total freight spend and costs through the supply chain
- develop contractual agreements which deliver safe, reliable, flexible and cost effective solutions
- work collaboratively with our internal teams and suppliers to obtain required information in a timely manner - including Scope of Work for sourcing activities
- ensure critical contractual and other information is entered into and maintained within the appropriate systems
