Reporting to the Senior Manager, People & Culture, you will collaborate with the broader team to deliver on people and culture initiatives that support the execution and implementation of business and enterprise people strategies. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for providing generalist services to managers and employees across the region. This is a great opportunity to gain breadth across human resources disciplines and make an impact on the organization focused on employee well-being.

We are seeking a skilled HRBP to join our high-performing, global People & Culture team in APAC. Reporting to the Senior Manager, People & Culture, you will collaborate with the broader team to deliver on people and culture initiatives that support the execution and implementation of business and enterprise people strategies.

You will be responsible for providing generalist services to managers and employees across the region. This is a great opportunity to gain breadth across human resources disciplines and make an impact on the organization focused on employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support key people and culture initiatives and annual programs for APAC including employee engagement, talent reviews, leadership & employee development, performance management and compensation cycle, change management, people analytics etc.
- Project management of people and culture initiatives and ad-hoc requests related to the business
- Deliver HR programs, support workforce management and engagement, hiring, and development leveraging tools/processes and partnering with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Talent Management
- Communicate with management and employees regarding policy management, HR processes & programs, ensuring compliance with legislation and corporate policies
- Make recommendations for improvements to human resource programs and processes

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- HR/business experience, with a focus on generalist/advisory support
- Proven ability in data analysis and providing insights
- Demonstrated project management and organization skills
- Knowledge of Employment law. Experience supporting APAC employees is highly regarded
- Proven track record in building strong relationships with businesses, with the ability to provide robust recommendations, coach, influence and drive change in pursuit of best practice
- Strong process orientation, with deep understanding of performance management and compensation
