**Materials Coordinator**

**About The Role**:

- Pay Rate $32 - $35 plus depending on experience
- Must be able to start early, sometimes as early as 4:00am
- SAP Experience, not mandatory but advantageous
- Maintaining optimal inventory levels to mitigate losses, including those resulting from damages and theft.
- Establishing and upholding a cycle count program.
- Collaborating with operations management to conduct comprehensive physical stock takes across multiple locations.
- Investigating and addressing discrepancies in stock levels.
- Generating reports concerning excessive and obsolete inventory levels.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced warehousing or distribution environment.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems, including Microsoft Suite. Prior experience with the ICS management system is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, a methodical work approach, and a strong aptitude for problem-solving and analytics.
- A proven track record in inventory control and conducting large-scale physical stocktakes.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with operations and purchasing teams.
