**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience working in a corporate reception role
- Professional personal presentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Dealing with couriers and booking appointments
- Managing a busy switchboard
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
- Sound knowledge of MS Office programs
- Experience dealing with multiple tasks
- The ability to adapt to new environments
- Current Police and DCSI checks may be required for some roles
