MAYDAY Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Learning and HR Coordinator for an essential Government-Funded Project.

- Flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week after training
- Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
- 6-month fixed term contract with the view to extend
- $85,000 - $100,000 plus super, pro rata

**The role**:

- Deliver continuous training on the program
- Develop and maintain training and learning material to share with the team and update as systems and processes change and evolve
- Create how-to guides and manuals to accompany training sessions
- Build and maintain relationships with existing recruitment providers and effectively work with these providers as new or replacement roles are required
- Lead the onboarding process for all new starters, including system setup and inductions
- Lead the offboarding/exit process for staff, including asset collection and exit interviews
- Provide regular team check ins to determine their understanding of the program and identify areas for improvement and development

**Experience needed**:

- Previous experience within a similar role is essential
- Not-For-Profit experience is desirable
- Full Working Rights in Australia
- Ability to effectively adapt to new computer systems and databases
- You must obtain a WWCC and police check to be successful for this role
