Our client is looking for an experienced Probate Clerk for their office located in the north east. This is an exceptional opportunity to begin a fresh challenge with a friendly firm where you will quickly feel apart of the team

In this team, you will work alongside a conveyancer, assisting in the running of estate files and drafting Wills and POAs.

You will work for a firm that has a positive, stimulating work environment.

**Typical duties may include -**
- Preparing Wills and Leases
- Assisting in the management of Probate files from start to finish
- Preparing Supreme Court documents
- Preparing distribution statements
- Lodging forms
- Preparing Applications
- Liaising with clients and lawyers

You will be organised, proactive, have excellent communication skills, a sharp eye for detail and a polished and enthusiastic approach to your work.
