**THE ROLE**
This role will see you reporting into 2 Partners and a Special Counsel as a Probate Clerk. **It is an exciting permanent opportunity to either work 5 days, 4 days or 30 hours spread over 5 days.**
Your main duties will include but are not limited to:

- Preparation of Estate Litigation and Probate documents;
- Running Probate files start to finish;
- Liaising with clients, lawyers and other parties;
- Drafting documents and general correspondence;
- File management;
- Performing research;
- General administrative tasks.

**ABOUT YOU**
To be considered for this role you will have **at least 2 years proven experience working in a similar role or as Legal Assistant within Wills and Estates.** In addition to this you will have:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Empathy while dealing with clients;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Motivated and take initiative; and
- Ability to work under deadlines.

This is a great role for a Legal Assistant coming from Wills and Estates to take that next step into more paralegal duties. Students will be consider if they can commit to a permanent role, have Wills and Estates experience and have at least 2 years left of their studies.
