**About the role**:
A new opportunity for a Media Specialist - Trade and Performance has arisen within our cohesive and passionate Trade and Performance team.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Reporting to the Media Manager - Trade and Performance, you’ll be empowered to coordinate, support, and execute Coles Liquor Group’s trade marketing strategy across traditional and digital media ensuring that the execution aligns with the overarching brand(s) direction and trade planning process.

**You’ll also**:

- Coordinate trade activities across performance marketing, programmatic media buying, affiliate marketing, search marketing, native advertising, digital screens, radio and press
- Support the management of the internal digital media budget
- Collaborate with existing digital agencies/partners
- Help with the development of partnerships with key MarTech platforms and publishers
- Share best practices and review previous output to ensure KPIs are met and results increase
- Influence potential monetisation of omnichannel activities.

**What you bring**:
Tertiary qualified in Advertising, Marketing, or Business you have 3+ years marketing experience with solid knowledge of the digital landscape.

Coming from a energetic environment within retail, fmcg or agency, you’re proactive, process-driven and a superstar multitasker.

**You’ll also need**:

- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- The ability to leverage Digital Analytics and marketing tools to drive actionable insights.
