Located in Batemans Bay on the NSW South Coast, This modern
**83-bed aged care facility** offers a variety of services for older individuals, including residential care, short-term respite, and specialist dementia care. With its coastal location, the aged care facility provides a modern service that complements its surroundings, allowing residents to enjoy a relaxed and comfortable lifestyle.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate
**Clinical Care Manager** who will be responsible for the overall management of clinical care services provided - leading a team of nurses and care staff.

Reporting directly to the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all residents receive the highest quality care possible and that the clinical care team is adequately resourced, trained and motivated to deliver exceptional care.

**The Role**
- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 83-bed Aged Care facility in Batemans Bay, NSW
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 4 years working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Registered Nursing qualification
