We are seeking a dynamic Location Manager to look after our Batemans Bay, Moruya, and Narooma locations, on a full-time basis.


Actively engaged in the local community, the Location Manager will have a strong focus on ensuring our brand is well known in the community, be results orientated and ensure the provision of quality service to our clients, embracing and advocating the company's culture and high service standards.


Batemans Bay & Moruya Funerals has been caring for families in the Eurobodalla Shire for more than 40 years with funeral homes in Batemans Bay and Moruya.


Providing care and support to families through one of the most stressful times, we offer a compassionate and caring service before, during and after the funeral.


  • Great experience in marketing and networking in the local community
  • Strong capability in guidance, able to effectively lead a team and to attract, motivate, develop and retain high performers
  • Ability to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strive for customer excellence and effective complaints handling
  • Proven ability to manage operations in finances, marketing, human resources, assets, and facilities
  • Effectively monitor and manage costs, achieving high P&L performance
  • Excellent commercial acumen with a proven track record in delivering strong results and financial KPI's
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate upwards to CEO and outwards to the community
  • Availability to work after hours and weekends
  • Unrestricted driver's license
  • Covid19 vaccinated
  • Current Justice of the Peace or eligibility to become a Justice of the Peace
