**About the Role**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate the planning, delivery, and evaluation of training programs for student leadership development, including workshops, events, and resources.
- Develop and refine resources to support student leaders' skill development.
- Lead the evaluation of training programs and make evidence-based recommendations for improvements.
- Implement project management methodologies to manage project activities, monitor progress, and identify potential risks and opportunities.

If you're someone with excellent communication skills, experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration, and a results-focused mindset with adaptive reasoning and critical thinking, this opportunity to support student success through the development and delivery of leadership training could be perfect for you. You should have a results-focused approach, with the ability to use critical thinking and sound judgment to identify trends and issues for exceptional service delivery.

You will also have:

- A minimum bachelor-level degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience and specialist or broad knowledge in student engagement and training; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating, planning, delivering, and evaluating structured services and programs for students within a tertiary setting.
- Proven project management skills, with a strong track record in communicating progress, managing expectations, strong attention to detail, preparing documentation, organising project review sessions, monitoring, tracking, problem-solving and prioritising competing demands under broad direction.
