Groove Tiles & Stone are seeking a full time Marketing Specialist to join our company. Based at our Staplyton warehouse the successful applicant will be responsible for creating an executing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products to existing and potential customers.

**Purpose of this role**:
As a critical member of the Groove Team the Marketing Specialist works collaboratively to build on the business brand, managing the creative marketing of our products and services.

Graphic design work, creating blogs, social media campaigns, search engine optimisation and maintaining the Groove Tiles & Stone website. Contributing to sales growth by encouraging followers, influencing buyers, and enhancing our customers online shopping experience. Empowered, supported and encouraged by a proactive and progressive management team the Marketing Specialist will utilise their strengths to build their capabilities and grow their career.

**About the person in this role**:
You will have completed studies in creative industries or a similar degree with proven skills in, digital marketing, graphic design and web design. You are a talented in photography and video and will enjoy visiting recently completed homes to capture beautiful photos and video for our project gallery or creating the perfect setting in store to take shots of product images and flat lays for product marketing purposes.

You are very comfortable with using various social media platforms and have a sound understanding of Google Adwords. You will also have a strong interest in architecture and interior design and appreciate working with an exclusive, stylish product range. Your communication skills and natural writing ability allows you to easily create social media content, compose interesting articles and blog pages. Combining all your attributes along with your high attention to detail ensures that you consistently provide engaging, attractive, and accurate information to our customers. You are confident and capable of working both in a team and independently to achieve company goals.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The Marketing Specialist is responsible for ensuring:_
- Creation of marketing brochures and signage for instore merchandising and promotions.
- Creation of digital marketing brochures and campaigns for architectural and commercial clients.
- WooCommerce website is regularly updated with new products, lifestyle images, accurate current stock prices and available quantities via API link.
- Relevant and interesting web content is regularly written for upload to website blog and inspirational pages. Articles are completed with related images and links to individual products.
- SEO is effectively managed from website backend, including adding product and page, titles, meta descriptions, keyphrase, links etc to maximize site performance.

**The successful applicant will have the following capabilities and experience**:

- Creative - Natural flare for creative design, ability to work with various design software tools to create visually creative marketing material.
- Analytical - Ability to successfully analyse content, data and reports to ensure relevance, accuracy and performance. A person with huge attention to detail.
- Teamwork - Collaborative, team player
- Communication - Friendly, positive approach with excellent communication skills. Is able to effectively transfer key information, adapting the style of communication as necessary and ensuring the information is understood.
- Organisation - Plans and organises own work by establishing clear tasks and priorities in support of achieving Groove goals.
- Experience - Minimum of 3-5 years previous experience in a similar Marketing role.Tile and Stone or building industry experience will also be highly regarded.
- Education - Formal qualifications or studies in Creative Industries with skills in graphic design, content creation, web design and social media platforms

**Salary**: Up to $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stapylton, Qld 4207: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (required)
