**About the role**
- Engage in clinical practice as determined by the Unit Heads and Senior Consultant Staff.
- To ensure a high standard of clinical practice within the Department/Unit.
- Responsible for outpatient and inpatient and the day to day clinical care of patients under the direct supervision of nominated Consultant Specialists.
- Organise and implement clinical review programs as part of quality assurance, including preparation of reports.
- Participation in ward rounds, including weekend ward rounds.
- Participation in after-hours surgical RMO roster as required.

**Qualifications**

MBBS. Current registration or registerable with AHPRA.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Working with Children Check
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
