To continue our global adventure, we need to ensure our brand remains as eye-catching as our customers’ tans are, and our creative strategy is integral to our success and continued growth.

**What is the role?**

Reporting to the Design Lead the Digital Designer will create, design, format, co-ordinate and generate visually appealing digital graphic designs and content.

As an integral part of the Marketing and Creative Team, you will translate the Bondi Sands key message into digital designs for the product range, in addition to designing and creating engaging content for promotional material across the multiple communication channels, touch points and platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

- Combining videography, photography, graphic design, and animation to create innovative digital content that is eye-catching and truly elevates our brand
- Help the team conceptualise and execute exceptional on-brand digital and non-digital graphic designs that translates across multiple channels
- Interpret creative direction and strategise on how to best deliver our key message through choice of colour, layout, image, and font that engages with our target audience
- Create and design digital assets and visual content, imagery, and graphics for the Bondi Sands eCommerce website (including mobile), EDM’s, paid media, and social media channels which embodies the brand aesthetic
- Assisting in creating branded assets for Point of Sale, events and any print artwork required including setting up print-ready files
- Creating engaging and interactive on brand presentations for retailers
- Provide external clients and partners with authentic on-brand imagery as required for promotion of the brand
- Design on-brand promotional materials, including but not limited to catalogues, flyers, posters, print ads, in-store collateral, and POS materials for retail outlets
- Assist with the design for product packaging, ensuring key design elements are maintained
- Photograph editing, cropping, compositing, retouching and colour correction for imagery to be used on the brand website and social platforms
- Website maintenance and improvement of user experience from an aesthetics and graphics perspective
- Assist in the conceptualisation, planning and implementation of retail marketing campaigns
- Assist the team in creating graphics required for multi-channel digital marketing campaigns

With strong time and project management skills, you can work under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment. You’ll have a working knowledge of the full Adobe creative suite (including After Effects), and a strong understanding of relevant design principles, best practice and industry trends.

You are hyper organised with high levels of communication - you can clearly express ideas, information and updates to key internal and external stakeholders, collaborating and negotiating effectively to manage expectations, ensuring that stakeholders are kept informed along the creative process.

You are a detailed oriented, motivated, results driven, personable and reliable team member who enjoys working toward and contributing to a broader goal and purpose.
