We are looking for an experienced Banker to join our Ballarat team and drive our strategic focus on Agri and Commercial customers sourced through the Broker channel.

**As an Agribusiness Manager, you will**:

- Manage a complex portfolio of key commercial and Agri clients
- Implement and monitor strategic business plans
- Ensure success through understanding our client's unique businesses
- Utilise your networks within pre-farmgate and post-farmgate local markets
- Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
- Coach and support the team to ensure efficient high-quality customer service

**What you’ll bring**:

- Significant experience within agribusiness banking industry
- Credit writing experience and enjoyment of all aspects for financial analysis
- A comprehensive understanding of Agri/farm management practices
- Sound experience working with complex structures
- Strong influencing skills in highly competitive environments
- Superior strategic thinking and business acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
