The Customer Care Support / Receptionist is responsible for providing a quality reception and information service to customers and stakeholders. The role is required to proactively undertake all reception tasks whilst maintaining exceptional customer service and to focus and provide a wide range of administrative and support services in a professional, informed, organised and confidential manner.

Full time receptionist is required for our client based in Matraville ( Eastern Suburbs of Sydney ).

Temp contract available NOW up until 23rd October 2023, with a view to extend longer term. All applicants need to be fully vaccinated as these are onsite customer facing roles.
- Intermediate MS Office computer skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be immaculately presented
- Able to deliver a high quality and positive customer experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and tasks
- Have high attention to detail, accuracy and follow through actions in a timely manner
- Have a positive can-do attitude
- Behave ethically, honestly and with integrity

**Other duties they might undertake would include;**
- Meet and greet senior directors and visitors to the reception area
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Take and relay messages, and provide information to callers
- Monitor visitor access and sign in/out sheets
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Customer Care team
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
