**Role Overview**:
As our Google Ads, SEO, and Website Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the digital strategies that drive our clients’ success. Your expertise in paid search, search engine optimization, and website optimization will contribute to increased visibility, engagement, and conversions for our clients' online platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns to meet client objectives.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for maximum visibility and ranking in major search engines.
- Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure that websites are optimized for SEO and user experience.
- Regularly report on campaign performance, insights, and optimizations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in PPC, SEO, and web development.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in Google Ads management, SEO, and website optimization.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: $53,845.85 - $60,000.00 per year
