**About the Department of Education**:
School and Region Reviews (SRR) supports continuous improvement in Queensland state delivered kindergartens, state schools and education centres providing leadership and oversight for the program of school and emerging system and place-based reviews.
**Your Opportunity**:
As Manager, you will lead review report activities ensuring quality reports are delivered within expected timeframes and contribute to the design and delivery of the School and Region Reviews training programs to achieve outcomes.
**About the Role**:
As Manager you will have responsibility for (but not limited to) the following:
- Lead and manage the review reports team overseeing quality assurance processes and the timely delivery of reports to assist school leaders to inform school planning and improvement.
- Lead continuous improvement processes in conjunction with review personnel to ensure reports to schools provide tailored feedback about school improvement measures.
- Contribute to the co-design and facilitation of professional learning programs including presenting to principal reviewers, school leaders, teachers and other
- departmental staff to build capability around school improvement and review processes.
- Support the design and delivery of reviewer training to ensure the highest quality and rigour in review report writing processes and contribute to a culture of continuous professional improvement.
