**Customer Service Officer - Fitness Centre**:
At UQ Sport, it’s our vision to be Australia’s number one sporting university and our mission to deliver exceptional sporting opportunities for The University of Queensland (UQ) Community. We’re Queensland’s largest multi-sport facility and have Athletics, Aquatic, Tennis and Fitness Centres, as well as grass and synthetic playing fields, indoor and outdoor multi-sport courts, function spaces and retail outlets. Our membership base spans over 4,000 customers, with a further 7,000 people actively involved across UQ’s 35+ sporting clubs.

**ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is highly motivated, outgoing and energetic with exellent communicaiton skills.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Responsible for open and close, plus presentation and cleaning of the venue and facilities
- Point of sale duties for the shop including cash handling
- Venue presentation and cleaning requirements, restocking retial products, equipment setup and pack down as required.
- Assisting with some basic administration duties.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU WILL HAVE**:

- First Aid certificate
- CPR certificate
- Blue Card
- Previous experience in Customer Service environment desirable
- **Available for opening shifts Tuesday - Friday starting 5:15am and full shift Saturday 6:45am - 4:15pm.**
