The Student Experience Business Unit engages across the student journey by inspiring a commitment to study, simplifying processes, building student confidence, and supporting students to achieve their career goals. Reporting to the Digital Services Librarian, the Digital Library Technician will support the library team in delivering high quality digital and library services to students and educational business units, to optimise learning effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support to library customers and the library team by coordinating multimedia and IT support.
- Support the delivery of digital library systems.
- Prepare resources and information for access through library systems including cataloguing and uploading information to the library management system.
- Provide assistance and technical support services, including troubleshooting, user testing, maintenance of the library website and library guides.
- Liaise with program staff as part of service delivery.
- Support the library team in the provision of high-quality customer service.
- Assist with various library skills sessions including information literacy sessions and the development/presentation of promotional programs e.g., Library tours.

**Special Conditions**
- Out of hours work will be required.
- Intrastate and interstate travel may be required.
- Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Development Program.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Applicants will be required to undergo the appropriate and relevant Employment Screening Assessment(s) required for this role in line with the TAFE SA Preemployment Checks. This role requires:
