**JOB DESCRIPTION**

About the Role

Team Global Express is currently seeking an experienced Transport Administrator/Compliance Officer to join our vibrant team in Murarrie (Brisbane). This is a Full Time, Permanent Position that provides you with the opportunity to utilise your proven experience in compliance to build working relationships with our operations staff in order to maintain compliance across the business.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- This is a Full Time Permanent position, 7.6 hours x 5 Days a week (6am Starts)
- Drive compliance throughout all levels of the business by identifying any gaps or missing documentation and working with staff in order to keep our system updated at all times.
- Be able to read, analyse and determine key compliance action items from daily/weekly reports
- Manage weekly compliance reports and report on statistics to the State Management Team.
- Manage Fatigue Reports, Identification, Licences and Vehicle Inspections in order to meet key compliance targets
- Liaise with supervisors and managers in order to drive compliance in their respective teams.
- Must have previous experience using Microsoft Excel to a professional standard
- Must be able to pick up and learn new inhouse systems and software quickly in order to be effective and organised in the role
- Customer Service OR Compliance Experience is Preferred - This role will require you to build relationships with a broad and diverse range of staff across all levels of our business in order to drive compliance, obtain missing documentation and meet deadlines consistently
- A High Attention to Detail is a Must - You must be able to review and analyse large amounts of data, as well as think critically and strategically on a daily basis
- Must have a safety first approach and demonstrate WHS practices and procedures consistently
