**What's your role?**
- Engage and assist customers in-store, online, and via phone
- Conduct and process sales orders, handling financial transactions accurately
- Maintain pristine presentation and cleanliness within the store
- Engage with a diverse range of customers across our many locations
- Receive ongoing coaching and support in your quest to reach and exceed sales goals

**Who are you?**
- A charismatic individual with fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
- An innovative problem solver dedicated to meeting customer needs
- Technologically savvy, or at least willing to learn new systems and technology
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory - we're ready to train you to become a star
- Ready to foster life skills and build confidence in a supportive, dynamic work environment
