**Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities**
**As a Release and Transition Analyst within our Cloud and Infrastructure Services team you will be working closely with our clients, building strong and lasting relationships while providing support for the design and transition of new or changed services.**

**In this role, you will be**:

- **Liaising with Customers and Resolver Teams to determine priorities, resourcing and timeframes.**:

- **Develop Service Transition requirements based on client requirements statements, SLA, performance criteria.**:

- **Facilitate, lead and direct the collection and collation of Service Transition Management artefacts within prescribed Release timeframes.**:

- **Understanding of the scope of Transition Management and how to develop a pragmatic approach to achieve compliance.**

We provide cloud focused delivery services on areas such as hybrid cloud, workplace services, security, and cloud service management/delivery.
**Let’s talk about your capability and experience**
- **Release and Transition management experience with demonstrated experience assisting and operating a successful operating an ITIL Service Transition Management processes within large and complex IT environments.**:

- **A great service management attitude, with commitment to quality standards and continuous improvement**:

- **Ideally, a minimum of ITIL Foundation certificate**:

- **18+ months experience in a similar role operating within a defined Release Management or Service Transition Management framework.**:

- **Understanding of issues associated with service delivery management, SLA management, Risk Management and outsourced service delivery and associated activities.**:

- **Confident with presenting solutions and able to articulate technical and business value/outcomes to varying audiences.**
