**What you will be doing**:
A rare opportunity to join the team in the Aged care division for an Enrolled Nurse working in the role of Falls and Fracture Prevention Coordinator at Nepean Hospital. The role is permanent part time 3 days a week. Ensure optimal outcomes for patients/clients and carers of the service through the promotion of best practice including the appropriate escalation of care.

Assess, coordinate and follow up care provided to patients with Nepean Hospital and manage the competing priorities within a busy clinical/academic environment whilst maintaining a high quality of patient/client care.

Selection Criteria to be Addressed:

- Current Registration as Enrolled Nurse Level 2 (without notation) with AHPRA
- Demonstrated recent experience in acute care nursing with a high level of assessment and implementation skills
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
- Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person centred care
- Demonstrated effective communication skills - written and verbal and computer literacy
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development
