Smith Street Family Medical Practice is seeking a well experienced medical receptionist. We are a small medical centre with a solo practitioner (GP) located in South Penrith.

**Essential** **Criteria**:

- Must have minimum 2 years experience as a Medical Receptionist
- Must have full knowledge and experience using Medical Director and Pracsoft software for patient database management
- Must have knowledge of Medical Billing including Medicare, DVA, Third Party and Workers Compensation
- Full knowledge and experience with accreditation process
- Strong ability to communicate with patients
- Support the team through effective leadership and management skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to keep the work space clean and experience with infectious disease control
- Staff rostering

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $26.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Medical practice management: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
