We are growing rapidly and looking for Lead Consultants across multiple functions of Argon & Co such as Supply chain operations, Manufacturing, Operational performance and Continuous improvement.

**Role overview**

A bit about the Argon Academy, we use our expertise to deliver a training package that drives bottom-line performance whilst upskilling our client’s team in either:

- Essential Leadership Skills (Confident Frontline Leader)
- Problem Solving (Lean Practitioner)
- Technical skills (e.g. Supply or demand planning)

The programs are delivered via:

- Blended online (self-paced) and classroom learning with implementation support (where required) on the shop-floor, warehouse or other supporting functions
- Industry specific modules developed by Argon & Co consultants are taught preferably in the classroom, sometimes via an online platform such MS Teams or Zoom
- Soft-skill programs require hands-on mentoring support (individual and group)

The role we are looking to fill will include:

- Content Development: We offer a continuously expanding Academy offering with an initial focus on manufacturing but expanding into logistics, supply chain and retail functions. Content will be constantly evolving and tailored to suit the needs of the client or projects (NEEDS analysis to what behaviour and metric needs changing)
- Delivering Experiential Training: Training groups of typically 8 participants in the principles of Lean manufacturing (using theory and live factory examples), essential Leadership skills or client specific training packages
- Core Consulting: Work will not be limited to just the Academy, getting involved in our core business of consulting is a must to practice what you preach and deliver training from experience
- We are looking for qualified trainers and coaches, who are Lean certified to join us at this exciting time. Experience in the Food and Beverage sector is a plus, but not a requirement [NM1]

**This role requires a willingness to travel across Australia.**

- 3-5 years industry experience in manufacturing, logistics & distribution, finance, retail or equivalent
- Preferably degree qualified in engineering, finance or equivalent
- The horsepower to process information quickly, getting to the root cause
- Propensity to learn quickly, and continue to do so
- An ability and willingness to make things happen, you will not be afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Leadership to take people with you from the boardroom to the shop-floor
- A belief technology is enabling networked business models
- A passion for the Retail, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods sector
