We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Logistics Claims Coordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing logistics-related claims, ensuring timely resolution, and minimizing financial impact to the company. You will work closely with various internal departments and external partners to investigate, process, and resolve claims efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze incoming claims related to logistics and transportation.
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims and assess liability.
- Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Evaluate claim documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the legal team when necessary to resolve complex or high-value claims.
- Maintain accurate records of claims, correspondence, and resolutions.
- Identify trends and root causes of claims to recommend process improvements.
- Provide regular reports and updates on claim status and trends to management.

**Requirements/ Ideal To have Skils & Experience**
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, with a focus on claims management preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAPand claims management software.
