Our client is a global consulting firm they are looking for Order Manager with the below criteria.

**Responsibilities**
- Experience in managing the Customer orders & tickets till delivery
- Managing customer escalations as well as provide day to day progressive updates.
- Managing escalations within the team and communications to stakeholders
- Log all the notes and incident in order level as well as Customer ticket level during the lifecycle of an order
- Good level understanding required on Telecom products
- Ability to co-ordinate with other carriers and process the requests
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders, operations center, and the planners with on-going projects to clear the dependencies and deliver the customer orders
- Available for rotational shift change.

**Skills Required**:

- Order Management workflow, Self-driven, time management, multi-tasking, effective communication, Time Flexible.
- Must have experience in managing & delivering IPVPN, Internet, Ethernet & Voice products.
- Must have very good communications skills.
- Must have knowledge in basic understanding Router & Switch concepts
- Must have knowledge in basic understanding of Voice terminologies such as SIP, PBX and cloud products
- Must have experience in Number porting & carrier management skills

You must have working rights in Australia.
