Field Manager

**About the role**
You are responsible for the coordination of site works and construction of wireless base stations, ensuring work is planned for the short term, managing and leading subcontractors and our internal workforce in their scope of works, safety, and productivity.
- Accountabilities encompass:
- Safety and compliance - policies, procedures, SWMS, risk assessments, incident management, inspections, records reporting, prestarts etc.
- Environment - monitoring controls for effectiveness and compliance
- Quality - meeting standards and management of non-conformances including product, materials, works
- Teamwork - driving collaboration and productive behaviours
- Works planning, delivery, monitoring, and reporting - site visits, coordinate logistics of materials, site activities, progress reporting, management of NCRs, critical risks, site records etc.
- Completions and handovers - ensure contractual obligations have been fulfilled, complete defect lists through to sigh off
- Relationships - building and nurturing strong professional relationships

**About you**
To be successful in this role you must have strong Wireless experience to be able to lead field teams.- Tertiary qualification (trade, diploma in building / construction, project management)
- Previous experience in major mobile base station is desirable, site construction / coordination including greenfield, co-location and rooftop installations
- Knowledge of RF and MW technologies desirable
- Technical competency or detailed understanding of (civil/earthworks, concrete, rigging, power/earthing, rigging, technical installations)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage the performance of multiple teams
- Effective time management, sequencing of work and resource management
