Located in the heart of Sydney's CBD, our client is a national, ASX listed company dedicated to providing Private Wealth services and investment solutions to High Net Worth clients. **The opportunity**

Specifically, this will role entail:

- **Client administration** - implement advice and investment recommendations, respond to client enquiries, reporting and manage ongoing client relationships ensuring that the client is receiving timely service.
- ** Stakeholder Management **- work closely with the operations and investment teams to support client administration and servicing. Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders including fund administrators.
- ** Business Management** - support and manage lead generation and business initiatives. Collaborate on internal projects as required.
- ** Process Management** - identify opportunities to streamline processes and meet all compliance and professional development requirements.

**The Person**

You must also have the following skills and attributes:

- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role or looking for a move into advice (e.g. investment administration, superannuation, wealth management or similar)
- A keen interest in investments or financial markets
- A degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or similar - desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism

If you have not worked as an associate, but are keen to step into this role, we would love to hear from you. You must, however, be able to demonstrate knowledge or study and experience in the financial services industry.
