Walsh Bay Partners is a highly regarded, boutique Family Office consulting practice boasting a sophisticated & enviable client base. Due to our significant growth, the Private Wealth Associate role has been created to support our highly experienced Financial Advice team in Sydney. To fully leverage the Financial Advisers and support our operating efficiencies, you will take a proactive coordination role with our Investments and Operations teams in all non-advice related matters. Being pivotal to the delivery of service excellence, the responsibilities are broad and encompass all facets of wholesale investments implementation, administration management and client support. You will also contribute to the compilation of our bespoke investment reporting, so your interest in this area and confidence working with data will be an advantage.

If you are naturally curious about the wealth management sector & demonstrate:

- 3 years plus investment focused financial advice implementation experience detail with a solid understanding of the AML/CTF regime
- Experience in working with bespoke solutions & documentation
- An exposure to investment reporting data
- Have exceptional communication skills
- A strong desire to work with people to make a positive difference to their lives
- A high level of numeracy & attention to detail
- A proven ability to deliver to critical time frames
- A strong team spirit & importantly a ‘can do’ attitude
- And if you are tertiary qualified & herald from a Private Wealth firm, Fund Manager or similar

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
