**About the Role**
A Sydney based opportunity for an experienced Relationship Executive has become available with BOQ Specialist The role of a Relationship Executive is to originate, retain and manage a portfolio of clients.

You will be responsible for ownership of a customer portfolio by retaining, growing and attracting profitable customer relationships with business lending requirements in excess of $10m, consisting of mainly healthcare clients, with the support of a dedicated analyst.

As a Relationship Executive, your responsibilities will include:

- Meet all required financial and non-financial targets including revenue, market share growth and customer satisfaction.
- Engage with customers, influencers and advisors to deepen relationships and enhance BOQ’s external brand.
- Appropriately structure business lending transactions in compliance with BOQ’s credit appetite, policies and procedures.
- Coach and develop the aligned Corporate Analyst.
- Exemplify the BOQ Group values of Spirited, Optimistic, Curious, Inclusive, Accountable and Lionhearted to contribute to the purpose of Building Social Capital through Banking.

**About you**
- Minimum 3+ years in Commercial/Corporate banking
- Demonstrated expertise in credit structuring for business lending transactions, particularly $10-30m
- Demonstrated ability to outperform financial and non-financial targets
