Our Commercial Banking teams are proud to support a range of medium to large sized businesses across Australia. Our advanced technology solutions allow our people to provide invaluable support to our clients as we help them lead their businesses into the future.

Your team will be made up of Commercial Relationship Executives, Account Managers & Analysts. We manage the industry specialised client base from the Sydney CBD, and provide full Business & Corporate Banking solutions.

The segment we focus on is businesses that turnover between $30m - $150m or >$10m in commercial lending and delivering on a range of needs and requirements, including cash flow finance, trade finance, transactional banking and merchant acquiring facilities.

**Do **Work **That **Matters**

As a Relationship Executive, you will provide meaningful solutions for a portfolio of high value Retail Industry clients with complex banking needs. Understanding the specific needs and goals of your clients will help you to use your relationships to help them understand new opportunities.

You will join with an existing book of established clients with the expectation that in addition to providing excellent service to these clients, you will also focus on new client acquisition as well as identifying further opportunities for both new and existing clients.

**More specifically, you will**:

- Build strong relationships with clients and retain their business through excellent client service;
- Use your network and referral partners to identify and pursue new to bank opportunities;
- Gain an in depth understanding of complex client needs and engage product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions;
- Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions; and
- Continue to build your profile and presence on behalf of CommBank across the region.

**We **want **to **hear **from **you **if **you **have**:

- Experience in successfully building and leading a successful Commercial Banking or Corporate portfolio;
- Experience with Retail Industry clients is highly regarded but not essential;
- Experience in commercial lending above $10m;
- A deep understanding of banking products and services;
- Sound financial analysis and credit skills, with a strong understanding of financial documents and the underlying cash-flow drivers; and
- A real passion for customer service and driving new business
