**About the Position**

As one of our Property team members, you will report to the Property Supervisor and will assist in minor building works, grounds work, gardening and maintenance of our school property. This position would suit a trades or maintenance background individual seeking to work in a lighter, supportive school-based environment with regular hours.

**About You**
- Current Working with Children Check (employee) or willingness to obtain
- Willingness to undertake child protection training with our school
- Health and safety minded
- Demonstrated proficiency in general maintenance tasks at handyman/non trade level
- Able to manage and prioritise assigned tasks as required
- Current Drivers Licence
- MR licence viewed favourably
- Friendly communication skills to engage with students, parents and staff
