Expanding their portfolio has opened up an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate/Commercial Manager to join their team to assist with the development and implementation of acquisitions, leasing and disposal strategies. This role will see you responsible for the below:
Manage asset data and information, including lifecycle management and reporting, working with project teams.
- Managing leasing of strategic standalone and portfolio assets, including participating in lease negotiations.
- Preparing budgets and overseeing ongoing tracking and forecasting
- Working with inhouse and/or third-party property managers in the ongoing servicing of tenants.
- Lead due diligence and reviewing feasibilities studies on new development preparing detailed business case and investment recommendation reports for consideration by the Executive Committee.
- Evaluate and monitor of active project investment performance for reporting and further acquisition.
- Conduct complex financial modelling that might be required as part of strategic optimisation initiatives.

To be successful you will have the below experience and qualifications:

- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Legal or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a finance, advisory or a similar commercial role.
- Extensive experience in property finance and property valuation methodologies.
- Strong financial modelling skills.
- Ability to work in a high output environment and exceptional work ethic.
