Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome showroom visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through our product offerings.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective buyers, highlighting the superior quality and unique selling points of our windows and doors.
- Actively listen to customers' needs and concerns, providing personalized solutions and recommendations.
- Convert leads into sales by effectively handling inquiries and actively following up with potential clients.
- Manage and maintain the showroom's appearance, ensuring it is well-organized and presentable at all times.
- Handle reception duties, including answering phone calls, redirecting inquiries, and providing basic information about our products and services.
- Process orders and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales data.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the windows and doors industry, will be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse customers.
- Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A professional and presentable appearance.
- Knowledge of window and door products and industry is not required, but would be welcomed.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
