**Your New Role**:
Medline are going through an exciting period of technology transformation. You'll walk into a blank canvas of opportunity and be empowered by a highly inspirational IT Director to lead a small team and deliver solutions for Medline that constantly improve stakeholder experience, innovation and process effectiveness. You'll work with stakeholders across internal business functions such as Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Supply chain, Logistics, Warehouse and Production teams and lead an agile focused team to deliver customer and business value through secure, stable, scalable, economical and simple technology solutions.

**You'll**:
Build relationships with and manage stakeholders in a matrixed organisation to understand the business requirements of the relevant Medline teams/departments and align on the roadmap to deliver value;
Lead a squad of specialists, coaching and mentoring them to deliver quality projects, their career development and training as required;
Play a pivotal role in team planning, scoping, prioritisation, status meetings, decisions making to keep delivery on track and constantly looking to improve velocity;
Investigate emerging technologies that could be valuable to Medline. These will include machine learning, artificial intelligence, data as a product etc;
Act as an escalation point for relevant teams/departments and instigate timely and effective troubleshooting actions to deliver constantly improved stakeholder and customer service;
Communicate and collaborate effectively across downstream stakeholder groups and delivery management to ensure effective change management; and

Responsible for getting alignment with other teams on design of solutions hosted in cloud and on premise using primarily Microsoft technologies. Teams include Infrastructure, Networking, Security and Service Desk.

**Your Skills & Experience**:
We'd love to hear from you if you have most of the following key experience/capabilities:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Applications Manager, IT Business Partner, Technology Solutions Manager or IT Manager role;
Minimum of 5 years' experience successfully deploying projects across ERP, CRM, Data, eCommerce and web;
Proven ability to lead cross-functional squads and align team members around common goal;
Skilled communicator who can translate business & customer needs into Product plans within a supply chain or logistics environment;
Self-starter attitude who thrives in an environment where you can work on complex problems with varying stakeholders;
Critical thinking, analysis and out of the box thinking to develop strategies to overcome challenges and assist others in doing the same;
A growth mindset with a collaborative style and a strong willingness to learn and grow in your career; and

Above all else, you will have a humble, kind, friendly and trustworthy personality, with an excellent attitude and approach to work.
