The Gordon is pleased to explore the market for a skilled, capable and confident individual to fill the opportunity of **International Team Leader.**
- This is an extraordinary opportunity that forms part of the International Operations department, reporting to the Manager Commercial Operations and International._

On offer is a **full time, permanent** opportunity, based at our **Geelong City Campus**. This will suit a person who is ready to take the next step in their people leadership career, broadening and utilising their student recruitment acquisition expertise, coupled with the opportunity to develop international student engagement and experience.

You will be accountable for onshore and offshore international student acquisition, agent account management study tours, student mobility, recruitment activities and campaigns. Demonstrated proficiency in a similar role, where you have overseen activities and programs that encourage and grow student numbers and produce quality experiences that are constructive, informative and engaging, will expedite your success.

With **training** and **mentoring** provided by the Manager Commercial Operations and International, supported by the International team, you to manage audit requirements that adhere to:

- Higher Education and Skills (HEGS)
- Australia Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) Standards
- Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses of Overseas Students (CRICOS)
- Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act.
- Funding contracts

This will be coupled with Student VISA frameworks and other relevant legislation specific to international students, course components and the Vocational Education sector.

As the **International Team Leader,** you will be supported by an energetic team of passionate individuals, who aspire to give the best experiences for our international students. You will foster their career development and encourage to bring their best by your proven leadership.

Broadening the institutes’ reputation and appeal to be a chosen place to study that will attract international students from all corners of the globe. We seek a capable individual to promote The Gordon across a vast range of international networks, both onshore and offshore, including Southeast Asia and North Asia.

You will enjoy loads of variety and no two days are the same. Domestic, interstate and international travel will permit you to attend recruitment events, for you to preserve, generate and initiate networks, gain industry proficiency and further building on The Gordon’s reputation as a preferred educator.

**Remuneration**: $92,682 - $105,233 p.a. (gross) plus Superannuation

**Employment**: Full-time ongoing employment
