**Hey You**:
genU are looking for a proactive leader who is passionate about community inclusion.

As a **Team Leader** in our Participate function, you will lead, enhance and promote our skilled staff to continue to facilitate community inclusion for people living with disabilities through a wide variety of group activities. You will be responsible for ensuring activities and programs are accessible and outcome focused, as well as, initiating and growing new social groups to create community partnerships and opportunities for all.

- This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity based in Geelong, Victoria. _Generous hourly rate starting from $41.52 per hour + super + salary packaging benefits_

**About You?**:
Our ideal **Team Leader** will have:

- Experience in managing & motivating a team;
- Experience in designing, delivering & evaluating programs;
- Strong commitment to the inclusion of people living with disabilities;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience dealing with challenging behaviours;
- Strong time management skills;
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team;
- Excellent computer skills including familiarity with the MS Office suite;
- Ability to prepare and present written and verbal reports.

**You will need the following**:

- Tertiary qualification in Disability, Community Services, or a related field; OR a minimum of Certificate IV in Disability with substantial experience in the field;
- Current First Aid Certificate;
- Current Victorian drivers license;
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain;
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
