**About the Role**:
The Adviser, Public Private Partnership (PPP2) Contract Administration plays a crucial role in managing and monitoring the SA Schools PPP Project Deed. This role ensures that both the State and Private Sector meet their financial and performance obligations, delivering value for money to the State.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert, consistent, and timely advice on contractual conditions and obligations as outlined in the SA Schools PPP Project Deed, as well as departmental policies and procedures.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of procedures and systems to support school leadership, Facility Managers, and Private Sector representatives in accurately interpreting and achieving contractual obligations.
- Undertake projects and research tasks related to asset and contract management, ensuring efficient work practices within the Procurement, Contracting, and Transport Unit.
- Deliver high-level asset and contract management expertise within the department, across PPP schools, and within the private sector.
- Facilitate effective coordination, monitoring, collaboration, and client liaison with the SA Schools PPP Project Deed.
- Maintain effective relationships, continuity of knowledge, and provide accurate contract interpretation advisory services.
- Resolve a diverse range of asset and contract management issues.
- Administrative duties and meticulous record keeping

This role requires the ability to maintain effective relationships, ensure continuity of knowledge, provide an accurate contract interpretation advisory service, and resolve a diverse range of asset and contract management issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Desirable a tertiary or post-secondary qualifications in an appropriate discipline, i.e., Project Management, Asset Management, Contract Management for Public Private Partnerships, or equivalent experience.

**Special Conditions**:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**:
ASO5 $84,522 - $94,003 per annum (1.0 FTE), plus superannuation.
