**Description**:
Reporting to the General Manager of Trains and Systems, this position is responsible for managing multiple contractors in the delivery of the design, manufacturing, shipment, testing, commissioning, retrofit, integration operational readiness and handover to operations of Trains and Depot equipment to meet contractual requirements.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in this role you will need to have**:
- Recognised Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical, electronic, mechatronic or mechanical engineering
- 10 years relevant experience in rolling stock engineering and project delivery. Metro-style of passenger rolling stock will be highly regarded
- Proven team management skills
- Highly developed communication, relationship building and planning skills
- Sound understanding of contract principles and obligations
