Inventory Coordinator

Our client is a leading provider of healthcare equipment and supportive technologies, who are dominating the market with their innovative products and exceptional service. They are looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join their state head office in team in Thomastown. You will be responsible for facilitating the smooth operation of the team in regards to workflow and management of stock. Responsibilities include:
- Promptly receipt Goods Inwards ensuring products are transferred promptly and in good condition.
- Process stock transfers and generate picking tickets.
- Raise purchase orders.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding ETA’s and resolve delivery issues.
- Coordinate and schedule completed jobs through the workshop according to specifications.
- Manage demo stock and coordinate returns including finalising and processing returns paperwork.
- Assist with the prompt dispatch of outgoing goods.
- Maintain organised and well-kept storage areas.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to initiatives.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and meticulous attention to detail.
- PC proficiency, including ERP, and Microsoft suite.
- Prior experience in a similar inventory focused role is highly valued.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, prioritising tasks efficiently.
- Desire to work in a supportive, collaborative, and enjoyable team setting.
