We have an opportunity for a Technical Lead / Technical Product Owner within the Enterprise Data Platforms team, within Enterprise Technology, where we are transforming the way Macquarie works with data and analytics. You will join as a Technical Lead / Product Owner, who will be responsible for engaging with users, translating user stories into design and code, deploying/supporting the production system, and managing and mentoring a small development team.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Working hands on as a senior developer and providing technical direction to the team
- Mentoring and managing the development team
- Forming and executing on the product roadmap in collaboration with internal stakeholders and management
- Continuously improving reliability and reducing risks around the platform

**We anticipate that to excel in this role you will**:

- Have relevant technical skills in React/Angular/similar web frameworks and Node.js, as well as server-side Java
- Have experience working directly with stakeholders, management, and other developers to design and build solutions
- Be comfortable leading in a small-team agile environment
- Be entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and self-directed with a strong delivery mindset.
