**What is a typical day as a Guest Services Agent?**
- Arrive and start the day with the collaborative and supportive team at the lively 100 James Street
- Proudly and professionally wearing the DoubleTree brand of friendly and helpful service with your own flair and personality
- Conduct reservation, check-in, and departure procedures for our valued guests with the highest customer service
- Utilizing your computer skills and understanding of the operating system
- Making appropriate selections for guests and promoting the Hilton Honors rewards system
- Assisting guests with charges and payments
- Providing the famous welcome cookie
- Following procedures and ensuring attention-to-detail for all data processing
- Fulfil comprehensive guest assistance and create unforgettable experiences
- Responding promptly to all guest queries and special requests, offering unique solutions
- Knowing the hotel's facilities and services, going the extra mile
- Remaining calm and alert, being helpful to all guests and team members
- Work with the team and capitalize on the opportunity to thrive with the Hilton family
- Communicating thoroughly and compassionately, ensuring we work as a supportive team and providing a united front for our guests
- Operating safely for the best interests of all parties, making smart choices and remaining diligent in our service
- Welcoming all learning opportunities as they arise, creating a cultivating environment

**Who is our ideal Guest Services Agent?**
- Confident and bubbly personality, with an aptitude for hospitable service, teamwork, and patience
- Strong English writing/reading/speaking communication, with a bonus for those who are multilingual
- Proficient technology skills and attention-to-detail, with a protection of confidential information
- Ability to work under pressure, act with tactfulness and diplomacy, and manage a variety of situations
- Experience and understanding of the hospitality industry, recognizing the importance of this role in the guest experience
