**Casual Supermarket Duty Manager**

**Position**:

- Casual Duty Manager (3 months’ probation period)

**Location**:

- Adelaide metropolitan
- Eastern suburbs

**Commencing**:

- April 2024

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the supermarket.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments, including customer service, stock management, and cashier operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and support the store staff.
- Coordinate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement effective merchandising strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock as needed.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on employee training and development.
- Handle any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 5 years supermarket experience**.
- **Strong leadership and organizational skills.**:

- **Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.**:

- **Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.**:

- **Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.**:

- **Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.**:

- **Basic computer skills.**:

- **Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy items as required.**
