A fantastic permanent opportunity for a HR professional with a passion for continuous improvement in the People Experience and Capability space.
The People Experience & Capability Partner reports to the Head of People Experience & Capability and will play an important role in the design and execution of leading-edge OD solutions to drive our aspirational Employee Experience agenda at the VBA.
This role will be responsible for supporting the development of key initiatives in the areas of leadership and capability development, specifically, the build and rollout of VBA's first-ever Capability Framework and enterprise-wide Capability & Leadership Development Suite. This role will also be responsible for leading the annual employee engagement measure including regular pulse-checks, supporting the development of VBAs reimagined onboarding experience and future EVP, and work closely with the People Partnership team to embed broader people initiatives at the divisional and local level as well as strengthen and align current people processes to deliver on the organisation's strategy, Vision 27.
**Who we are looking for**:
- Demonstrated understanding of contemporary and best-practice OD and HR methodologies and frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in leading medium to large scale enterprise-wide initiatives and seeing projects through to the end.
- Strong project planning and management capability.
- Solid facilitation, presentation, and consultation skills.
- Ability to maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including networking across the Victorian Public Sector and other external stakeholder groups.
